Event Description:
Join CO Parks and Wildlife staff on their annual Big Horn Sheep count in the Mount Zirkel Wilderness. This is a physically challenging three day, two night trip, hiking 8-12 miles per day. Participants will be required to pack in their own gear and food for all three days. A pre-trip training will be required (date TBA) to learn how to properly count and classify big horns. Registration is required, this is a FREE program.
