Event Description:

Do you like to hike with your dog on Larimer County Open Spaces? Join county naturalist and Certified Dog Behavior
Consultant Sheri for a dog-friendly hike at Devil’s Backbone Open Space. You'll learn about the geology, ecology and human history of the Devil's Backbone area, as well as tips for keeping you and your dog safe on the trail during hot weather and rattlesnake season.

Leashed dogs are welcome on this approximately 2-hour hike. Hike rating: Moderate. 

Program is free but registration is required.

What to Bring: Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear good footwear. All participants should bring a flashlight/headlamp, plenty of water and a pocketful of delicious food rewards for your dog.

Location Details: Devil's Backbone Open Space is located just west of Loveland off of Highway 34.
