Wilderness 50th Anniversary Project: Payne Creek Trail Restoration

Volunteers needed to help repair a flood-damaged trail.

Get outdoors and give back with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado on June 28. Spend a weekend working in a gorgeous meadow with wide open views.Volunteers will help clean out drainage structures intended to preserve the walking surface of the trail that was heavily damaged by recent flooding. Participants will also prune the area adjacent to the trail ensuring visitors have a safe corridor to walk through. Learn more and register at www.voc.org/volunteer or call 303-715-1010.
