It may look pretty, but oxeye daisy is a noxious weed that has escaped gardens and is taking over mountain meadows and riparian areas. Spend the morning finding and pulling these flowers to help protect a riparian ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for families and young volunteers. We will work in a beautiful mountain meadow, enjoying great views and native wildflowers amongst the weeds. This project is from 8:30am-12:30pm. Minimum age is 8 with adult supervision.
